These terms govern the use of the Kidseasy platform for parents, providers, and municipalities.
Platform purpose
Kidseasy presents camp information, enables bookings, and offers supporting communication features.
Accounts
- - You must provide accurate and current information
- - Login credentials must not be shared
- - Kidseasy may suspend accounts for abuse or security risks
Bookings
- - A booking is completed once confirmation is issued and payment succeeds
- - Pricing, availability, and refunds follow the information shown in the booking flow
- - Providers remain responsible for delivering their camps
Community and messaging
- - Content must remain respectful, accurate, and free from harassment
- - Kidseasy may moderate or remove content that violates platform rules
Liability
Kidseasy is liable within the limits of applicable law for intent and gross negligence. External provider services remain subject to the provider's own terms.
