- - to complete bookings, invoices, and refunds
- - to support provider review, community participation, and support requests
- - to comply with legal retention duties
Retention
- - Child profile data is anonymized immediately when a GDPR/DSG deletion request is approved
- - Messages are removed no later than one year after account deletion
- - Reviews are removed no later than three years after account deletion
- - Payment and accounting records may be retained for up to ten years where required by law
